Lesson Learned from George Karl’s Book: Don’t burn Bridges

posted by Geo Friend-Lee on January 4, 2017

Is George Karl a bitter coach?
Or is he just seeking attention to sell books?
Probably both,
I just hope,
That after burning all of these bridges he doesn’t expect someone to ever send him a boat,
Because the same people who he is trying to expose,
Are the ones who helped him build his throne,
And will be the ones to uphold his legacy when he is gone,
So to the youth,
This is the truth,
When you leave a job or school,
Airing out the dirty laundry is not cool,
It breaks every unwritten rule,
And you too will one day need a helping hand,
A recommendation or reference,
From old teachers, bosses even former friends,
So let Furious George teach you a lesson,
Not to burn bridges.
